Both Plaintiff and Defendant exchanged initial disclosures. We must note the Plaintiff so far haven’t provided any concrete evidence to support their accusations against me. The Plaintiff’s evidence seems to be 2 employees, I will see what the 2 employees brings to the table as evidence to support the Plaintiff’s lawsuit. Our next step is Interrogations where we both will be asking questions and demanding answers.
